JENFAB AGIMATIC Vertical Agitation Parts Washer

This machine automatically moves baskets of parts through a six tank process where the baskets are oscillated up and down in each tank. The vertical agitation/oscillation of parts in solution throughly flushes all surfaces and holes to remove oils, chips, buffing compounds and other manufacturing soils. This machine is also ideal for remanufacturing and MRO operations to remove carbon, road dirt, tar or other coatings. Besides parts cleaning the machine can be modified for a phosphate cycle. Ultrasonics can be added for precision parts cleaning. An available option allows baskets to rotate both in and out of solution.
