Parts are cleaned by a dual action process that uses a powerful spray cleaning action for scrubbing the exterior surfaces combined with immersion cleaning parts under solution for flushing the inside of blind holes, hollow and tubular parts.
Each drum is custom designed for the parts allowing even screw machine parts with exterior threads to be processed without damage. The tanks, housing, drum and dryer are all made of precision laser cut stainless steel. The tanks are added as required for washing, rinsing, rust proofing, phosphate, sealing, passivating, lubricating, coating, and even ultrasonic cleaning.

Mini Drum In-Line Parts Washer
The Economically priced JENFAB Mini Drum Parts Washer is available with two drum sizes. The 15" diameter drum processes up to 5 cubic feet of parts per hour (.14m3) and the 19" diameter drum processes up to 20 cubic feet (.57m3) of parts per hour. These standard machines are available with one or more tanks for various process including parts washing, passivating, wax coating and drying. Ideal for In-Line Cleaning of machined parts, metal stampings, screw machined parts, small die cast parts as well as cleaning plastic and rubber components.
