The Jenfab Lean Clean 360-8 and Lean Clean 360-8 Jumbo are ergonomically designed Front Loading Rotating Basket Parts Washers. All Lean Clean machines are stainless steel construction and standard with wash, rinse and Dry cycles and use environmentally safe Aqueous cleaning solutions.. The 360-8 Jumbo is a SUPER SIZED model designed to clean large parts placed in baskets or fixtuers. This high capacity machine is  also widely used in MRO operations for commercial airline and defense industries for cleaning wheels, transmission components and aircraft engine parts. The 360-8 cleans eight smaller baskets at a time and is used for cleaning screw machine parts, turned parts, smaller machined parts and stampings. With selected options the LeanClean 360 provides critical cleaning of precision parts including hydraulic valve bodies, ABS components, aviation and automotive fuel system components.  These machines are also used in the Bio Medical Industry for Medical device cleaning including surgical instruments, bone screws and orthopaedic implant components. Powerful ultrasonic cleaning is available with advanced design Tubular Transducers and digital generators.  This provides the most powerful ultrasonic cleaning action obtainable with over 95% output into solution, more than any other ultrasonic type can provide.

The Lean Clean 360-8 cleans eight baskets at a time in a side by side configuration. This provides better cleaning, rinsing and drying as well as faster and easier loading than baskets stacked two high. The standard machine includes two process tanks for wash and rinse solutions with an option for adding a third tank.

 The Lean Clean 360-8 Jumbo is SUPER SIZED for large parts and ideally suited for Aviation, Automotive and Defense remanufacturing and MRO operations

With the Lean Clean 360-8 Baskets are loaded side by side,  better than stacking two baskets on top of each other, more ergonomic for loading and better for cleaning and drying

Wash and rinse solution tanks are located below the cleaning chamber. During the cleaning cycles the solutions are filtered and recirculated on a continual basis into the cleaning chamber. The basket is rotated in the solution as powerful under water jets purge the parts with fresh filtered solution over twice every minute insuring even the most complex parts with blind holes are thoroughly cleaned. The continuous separation of chips and oil ensures a longer bath cycle.

The Jenfab Difference

The LeanClean 360-8 is designed to process eight baskets per cycle either standard Kaydon/Edge 12" x 18" x 6" baskets or four Jenfab stainless baskets  12" x 20" x 8", which hold more than three times the volume of the Kaydon/Edge basket. The chamber can also accept large parts weighing over 800lbs.

The Jenfab Super Dryer will dry parts other systems cannot.  Our recirculating 8000 CFM air flow design dries up to two times faster at lower temperatures and with less energy than all other competitive brands. Additionally there is less heated air dumped into the plant atmosphere producing even greater benefits.
