VERTIMATIC Model 2400 Agitated Immersion Part Washer cleans up to one basket, fixture or pallet per minute fed In-line and then discharges back onto he conveyors. Parts are cleaned by agitating up and down in solution, transfered from tank to tank and then dried. Compact three tank machine is only 5' x 12' and available with basket rotation in solution and dryer and Ultrasonics for precision cleaning.

VERTICAL CHAIN CONVEYOR Model VCC In-Line Immersion and Spray Washer cleans one or more parts at a time fed on a continual basis. Floor space is saved as parts are moved on a vertical conveyor rather than a horizontal conveyor. Parts are fed from the front and may unload out the back for In-Line processing or parts can be delivered back out the front. Parts are cleaned in an agitated bath with directed high pressue under water jets. Addtional wash, rinse or rust prevent tanks and Ultrasnic cleaing may be added.

Indexing Rotating Turntable Spray Washer Allows Robotic loading or manual loading of parts on a fast indexing cycle, Parts coming from machining centers and from grinding operations are loaded onto individual fixtures for precision spray cleaning of internal bores, passages and blind holes.
